In-Store Pickups
In-store purchases of Class 3 items through Vance Outdoors are facilitated through our Hebron, Obetz, Lebanon & Springdale stores. Upon purchasing, you will receive a call from one of our sales associates regarding the next steps of your Class 3 / NFA Purchase.
IMPORTANT: Create your ATF eForms account BEFORE coming to Vance Outdoors. Creating your ATF eForms account ahead of time helps us file your Form 4 faster in-store. Please bring your eForms username and PIN with you.
When you are contacted, you will be asked to come into the store location you chose for pickup.
Shipping
Please contact your dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL and SOT to shop@vanceoutdoors.com with your order number in the subject line of the email. Failure to do so will result in your order being delayed as we cannot file your Form 3 until we have a copy of your dealer's FFL and SOT. We will file the required Form 3 once we receive your dealers FFL and SOT.
Vance Outdoors handles the entire paperwork process for our consumers.
